My wife and I began looking at property a few years ago and happened to be walking by a Real Estate Office. We called to set up some showings and were blessed to get Dan the Man. He answered every question we had to the best of his ability and when he didn't have an answer, promptly contacted the right folks to get the answer. He made us feel like we were his number one priority and spent many hours showing us the properties that fit our budget and location. We never felt like we were pressured into anything and that is what we loved....work with/for us but let us make the final decision. We made subsequent trips back down to Cozumel and he was always there for us, even when we had questions outside of buying property or needed a ride somewhere! It was like having a new friend who would do anything for you, and that is very comforting when you are purchasing property in a foreign country. Our case ( buying a restaurant ) was handled very professionally thanx to Mr. Dan Verness , who lives down here in Cozumel for a while and has the healthy insider view. Not only he helped us with the purchase , he also helped us to find a lawyer who did everything on the legal side and while we were waiting for all the "stuff " to be processed , he took us in his car and showed us around - Very nice , we love the free gym , basketball , beaches etc.
